God’s Healthy Plan
Hubby said to me the other day, I think I am at a standstill!! Like I am stuck and not losing anymore! Well that may happen one week, but keep at it! Maybe add 10 more minutes to your walking, add an additional 16 ounces of water to your day, and maybe take your fasting on Monday all day if you can! I have done that! It really cleanses the body! Now I know, some of you cannot do it, and that’s ok! If you're fasting until 6pm, then eating dinner, then that is good! You can certainly make adjustments to all of the things that are good for your body, mind and spirit!! Keep the faith while making the changes! You are one step closer to being free from the muck in your gut!
