God’s Healthy Plan
I know sometimes I miss my daily walks! I can feel a difference too! I love walking, especially feeling the crisp fall air on my face! Yes, walk all year long! Just bundle up! You will also sleep so much better if you walk in the evening! Grab a walking buddy! I find that when I walk with hubby, we talk and talk, and we when we have our dog Laika, we walk even further!! The more you walk, the better you feel!! Every little thing you do every day, every week, makes a difference for your health!! It all adds up to feeling better, losing some pounds and inches, and helping you feel more energy to do what God is calling you to do!!! Enjoy this ride!! God is blessing you!!!
