God’s Healthy Plan

The weigh-in day anticipation! You worked so hard, exercised, walked, and ate well! You did all the things to keep the plan going!!! Then, you jump on the scale and you’ve gained a pound or you’ve only lost ½ pound!! It is ok!! I always believe that if you are on the right track, feeling good, and looking good, that inches may have come off even though the pounds didn’t this week! Do not get discouraged! Pray and seek God for strength, hope, and perseverance! Today is going to be a good day! Today is all about the positive! Look in the mirror and say “God, thank You!” It's one step at a time!! One day at a time! I continue praising You, that I am doing all things unto You! It will be good, in Jesus Name Amen!
