Fasting Day, you got this! Some folks are asking about snacks during the smoothie and dinner! I did give you some ideas; hummus with either veggies or grain gluten free crackers. Oh, I just tried multigrain avocado crackers; divine!! You will love the flavor! I also started eating unsalted almond butter with sliced apples from the farm! So yummy! Right now you can get hoards of apples from the farm! Load up – they are an excellent gut healthy food!! You can also order our Cleanse bars! They are delish! We just lowered them to $4 a bar, and we are about to add some fall flavors! When I eat one, I cut the bar into 3 pieces and take my time eating one at a time, through a period of an hour!! So yummy! Next time I will give you some quick breakfast ideas!! Light and airy bites!! I am praying everyday for y'all! You got this!!
