God’s Healthy Plan

I hope and pray that you are doing well on the plan! I know we were away recently, and there were some times that I had a drink or a sweet treat, but did not overindulge. I made sure I walked it off the next day, or that evening! I did not lose my mind over myself! I gave it to God, and hopped right back into the plan! We made sure we ate wisely on the drive too! I packed lots of fruit and veggies, and hummus! Good munchies that fill you up! So do not fret my friend, just jump back in! Don’t waste another second or thought on it! Pray, and ask God for help! Stay on the faith walk of healthiness!
