Hubby came up with some fun and easy exercises for the waistline bulges!!! They are easy 10 min exercises! Do these either in the morning or night! Here’s 3 separate exercises:
First, lay both palms up against a wall. Then spread your feet apart, about 3 feet from the wall! Next, alternate sides and place your hand on your thigh! Go back and forth and try, doing 25 first! Then try to get to 50!!
First, lay on your back. Then lift one leg at a time (alternating sides) and put your arm under your knee. Start with 25, then get to 50 over time!
First, place your hands behind your head. Next, lift your opposite knee to opposite elbow. Then, continue to alternate sides, elbow to knee - Start with 25, try to work up to 50.
Try doing these every morning! If you need to though, take a day off! Still keep up the walking, just add these on! If you need help I’ll do a video to show you soon! You got this! Pray everyday!
