God’s Healthy Plan
Not only do we need to keep our mind sharp being in the Word, but also our body by doing some simple exercises! Hubby and I began to do some simple movements in the morning to help with the love handles and back flab!! I can tell you I have been doing them for a few weeks, and I already feel a difference around the waist!! I will be making a video over the next few days and posting it on here to show you! It takes about 10 minutes every morning and it's simple to do!! In the evening, we sometimes do floor exercises. I wish we did them more, but time gets away from us! As long as you are walking, anywhere from 15 minutes on up, that is good! Keep it up! Your body loves you! You will also sleep better when you walk!! So keep the mind sharp in the Word and prayer, and the body sharp with walking and exercise! You got this! Keep making daily faith steps and God will do the rest! Your spirit should be lifting too when you get on the scale and do these things! Take care of you!
