God’s Healthy Plan

I have found that fasting from Sunday 7pm- Monday 6pm works best for us!! I hope you feel that way too! You’re cleaning out the junk in your body by drinking only lemon water and green tea! Yes, you will pee a lot, but that’s good! I know this is a sensitive subject, but Mamma likes to be real with ya…pooping should be pretty regular! Definitely eat a super good healthy dinner! I know my fav is fish and roasted veggies! The last thing you want is to be bloated up! Veggies and fish are always my “go to” after the fast ends! Enjoy some seasoning ideas coming too!
