I was mentioning seasonings yesterday! First, I love fresh herbs and spices! They are the best! If you are able to grow some fresh herbs through fall and winter, definitely do it!!! Oregano, parsley, basil, rosemary, and sage are my favs! You can throw them on top of fish, chicken, shrimp and roast turkey! I roast everything in our air fryer! You can also bake in the oven! Add those fresh herbs! Mince your own garlic, ginger and onions too!! They add a shabang of flavors to any dish! Remember you can also have sweet, purple, red or Idaho potatoes!!!! Spices make it all so much better! Sea salt is your friend also, but use sparingly! Ground pepper is amazing too! I also add some homemade tzatziki sauce on top of potatoes and fish! Be creative and have fun! You want to enjoy the best meal of the day, which is dinner! Love y’all! Keep up the great work!!! You’re looking good, I just know it! I’m sure you’re feeling good too!
