God’s Healthy Plan

The water drinking, I have heard, is the hardest part for some of you! Especially the not drinking ice cold water! I love ice water (in my mind I say “the colder the better!”), but unfortunately it’s not good for the contracting of the digestive system! Room temp water is the best option! Keep in mind, you should be drinking an average of 6-8 cups of water a day! The more you drink, the more you pee, and the more cleansed your entire gut system will be!! Squeeze a lemon, lime, or orange into it to make it a more refreshing water drink! It’s all good! The goal is to drink 10-12 cups a day, or more! Think of the water as cleansing the body!! It’s getting the junk out of the trunk!!! Love y’all!!
