Drink that water and drink a lot of it! Water is so cleansing to your entire gut and body! Peeing a lot is good for cleansing! Not only for cleansing, but fills you up! So keep drinking! Try to replace any snacks with carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers and grab some hummus to dip them! Get some gluten free crackers or grain crackers! Use the cleanse bars too; they fill you up for a couple of hours! Just drink the water!
