Welcome to the weekend! Plan your meals out! If you’re going out, plan eating times accordingly! Be sure you are fasting from 7pm to 7am or 8pm to 8am – this is so important for your body to detox and cleanse all the impurities out! I can tell you when I wake up and I thank God for waking me up feeling so much better than the day before, it is a huge blessing to begin the day! Every morning, start with prayer and praise! Ask Him to be with you all day! Talk with Him all day, throughout the day! When you get hungry grab a cleanse bar, hot decaffeinated tea, drink 16b oz of water and pray, pray, pray! He has you! He will help you through every time you feel the urge to eat the wrong thing! Stay the course you will feel so much better!
