God’s Healthy Plan

In Mark 2:41 - Jesus said, “I am willing; be cleansed”. 

That’s how I felt about getting my body in order and repaired. I needed Jesus' help! He is the healer and the cleanser! My body needed both, and needed it badly! I had abused my body with bad eating habits for a long time. I finally started praying about it, as I wanted God in everything! Once I started praying, I started listening to His ways of cleansing! He started to show me to not only cleanse the body, but the mind and spirit too! It’s been an amazing journey……..And this Word started the process!!! Prayer changes everything!
